BDA Intern

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts, buyer personas, and decision-makers for outbound sales efforts.
  • Build and organize prospect lists with strong data quality and relevant business context.
  • Support first-touch outreach across calls, email, WhatsApp, or other sales communication channels.
  • Help qualify inbound and outbound leads based on interest, fit, and next-step readiness.
  • Keep prospect notes, responses, and stage changes clean inside the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team on follow-up timing, lead prioritization, and meeting readiness.
  • Track reply patterns, identify warm opportunities, and escalate promising prospects to the core sales team.
  • Support basic reporting on outreach activity, lead quality, and pipeline movement.

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, CRMs, or structured data entry.
  • Interest in sales, business development, and customer-facing conversations.
  • Ability to stay organized when working across multiple prospects and follow-ups.
  • A disciplined approach to documentation, notes, and process execution.
  • Confidence in speaking with new people and handling early-stage sales communication.
