Where a separate commercial document exists, that document controls for the covered engagement.

Fees must be paid on time according to the applicable commercial document. Late payments may result in suspension of access, delayed deliverables, or other appropriate operational actions until payment issues are resolved.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all intellectual property rights in the website, software, workflows, content, documentation, branding, and related materials remain with Triostack Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or services from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to manage material service changes responsibly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in all circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an as-available and as-applicable basis, except to the extent specific warranties are expressly stated in a signed commercial agreement.

Triostack Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the website or services, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if payment obligations are not met, if required by law, or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise. Any disputes should first be raised in good faith with our team so both parties have a practical opportunity to resolve the matter.
